LAOANG, Northern Samar, November 12, 2018–Government officials recently broke ground on a bridge that will connect this island town and the province’s capital of Catarman.
The P117 million project is funded through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2018, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways.
